Natural warming and cooling. Gentle, long-lasting relief.
Warming and cooling therapy are among the simplest and most natural ways to soothe discomfort during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. Our clay warming and cooling pad delivers gradual, long-lasting temperature — far more comfortable than traditional gel packs.
Crafted with natural clay, it gently adapts to your body and maintains the ideal temperature for longer, providing calm, steady relief exactly when you need it.
How to use it
🧊 Cold therapy
Place the pad in a sealed bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Before use, always check that the temperature feels comfortable.
🔥 Heat therapy
Remove the cotton cover. Wrap the pad in a slightly damp paper towel.
Heat in the microwave for 25 seconds at 800W on a microwave-safe plate.
If needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals until warm, not hot.
Gently distribute the clay inside before applying.
🧊 Cold for postpartum perineal pain
Swelling and soreness in the perineal area are very common after birth. Cold helps reduce inflammation and ease pain naturally.
