Anti-crack nipple dip · Soothing sitz bath · Relaxing muscle bath

Dead Sea salts have been used since ancient times for skin care. Unlike other salts, they contain 21 minerals including magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, zinc, and potassium, which help keep the skin clean and have antifungal and antimicrobial properties. We have also enriched the salts with chamomile and sage leaves for their calming effects and rosemary oil for its antibacterial benefits.

What can we use them for?

For nipple baths
The skin of the nipple regenerates naturally, and cracks can heal over time. Our salts help speed up this process.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

  • Dissolve a teaspoon of salts in warm water. Use a small glass to soak the nipple for up to 2 minutes.

  • Limit baths to twice a day.

  • After bathing, let the nipple air dry.

  • Super tip: apply a grain-of-rice-sized amount of nipple balm after the salt bath to improve cell regeneration.

  • Before the next feeding, irrigate the nipple with physiological saline solution and gently pat dry with sterile gauze. Avoid dragging.

For sitz baths
Perineal hygiene during postpartum can be tricky, and many people are not told about it. The area may be inflamed, sensitive, or affected by hemorrhoids, or there may be stitches that cause discomfort.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

  • Fill the perineal bottle with 400 ml of warm water and dissolve 3 teaspoons of salts (avoid soaking in the first postpartum days).

  • Rinse the perineal or anal area until the bottle is empty.

  • Pat the area dry with a clean towel each time, without dragging.

  • Ideal for pain-free hygiene every time you go to the bathroom.

For relaxing baths
Especially during pregnancy or postpartum, once all areas are fully healed, a bath with Dead Sea salts can help relieve muscle tension. It’s also the perfect excuse to relax, which has incredible healing power.

  • Fill the bathtub with hot water and add 4 tablespoons of salts.

  • Enjoy your moment of relaxation.
